Who can apply to become a trainer at Mavens Academy?+
Anyone with strong, practical knowledge in a relevant skill — digital marketing, web development, SEO, social media, e-commerce, AI tools, spoken English or any in-demand subject. You don't need to have formal teaching experience; a passion for sharing knowledge and real practical skills are what matter most.
Do I need a degree to apply?+
A formal degree is not mandatory. What matters is your real-world expertise and your ability to teach it effectively. Relevant certifications and a strong portfolio are valued.
Is the trainer position full-time or part-time?+
Both options are available. You can teach a morning batch, an evening batch, or both — depending on your availability and our current intake. We are happy to accommodate your schedule.
What will I be paid?+
Compensation is competitive and discussed during the review process based on your skill, experience and role. Our goal is a fair, motivating arrangement for every trainer.
How long does it take to hear back after applying?+
